We're the United States affiliate of Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, a world leader in diabetes care and other pharmaceutical products. Our manufacturing facility in Clayton, North Carolina, has more than 380 employees supplying pharmaceutical products to the United States diabetes market and throughout the world.

Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals Industries Inc. in Clayton, North Carolina formulates, fills, inspects, packages and distributes insulin products to fulfill the United States market and a number of other countries.

Our facility manufactures insulin products for individuals with diabetes. The products manufactured at the Clayton plant are marketed in North America, Europe, China, New Zealand and Australia.
